In 2018, our founder launched a t-shirt screenprinting business with a business partner. Great work. Strong client base. Tons of high profile referrals.
Then reality hit: no on-borading system, no documented processes, no financial tracking, no customer database, no inventory process. Just two entrepreneurs working countless hours per week, doing everything on the fly, and losing money on every opportunity.
The business failed in 2020. Not because of the services we offered. Not because of market demand. It failed because there were no systems to keep clients satisfied and coming back.
That loss became the most valuable education possible. It taught us what most business schools don't: operations aren't sexy, but they're everything.
That failure became our mission—to help entrepreneurs build businesses that work without burning out.
